Didn't effect the price because we knew already it wasn't a convertible. The amendment was just written confirmatin. Like GK said, most of us trust this new management to be honest with us, being shareholders themselves putting people in place.
I think we're waiting on that 8k and hoping to see some forward guidance...if it's good enough, a PR would certainly help attract "new business".
