I disagree. We can expect Harry to sell a portion of his shares far sooner than "in a year or two"... probably shortly after the ASM as usual. Surely, you don't expect him to take his IDCC shares to the grave with him. I expect other directors/officers will sell small portions as well.

You make way to big of a deal out of most of these insider sales, imo. I myself have been a little disgusted with a few of the sales, like when Merritt and Fagan dropped shares shortly after the "watershed" event, but that was just personal greed and frustration over the timing and the fact that I probably bought some of those very shares they were selling, LOL!

If things go as I expect for IDCC in the "next year or two", the resulting price appreciation will be such that I reckon you and many others here will have sold and be long gone.
