Re MMRF patent troll, I remember NEOM was and still is a patent troll. About 8 years ago NEOM tried suing Virgin Mobile and a few other companies for patent infringement. With Tobin Smith pumping the dickens outta NEOM the stock ran to ~.75 cents. NEOM's trick was to file the lawsuit and then settle with the alleged infringer, making it look like NEOM was magnanimous in settling with the infringers.....and announcing that NEOM would be working closely with the infringer under the false declarations of licence agreements where none existed.
When reading subsequent 10K's and Q's NEOM didn't get one red cent from any of the companies they sued. The buggers used the 'settlements' and falsely declared licence agreements to pump up the PPS so they could dilute like tap water.
After a one for 100 reverse split that stinker (NEOM) is at .0003.
Point being, watch for Robert Lorsch to pull a similar trick of settlements to boost MMRF's PPS. Then watch subsequent 10K's and Q's to see how little or no money will be given to MMRF in any of the settlements. And watch for Lorsch to pull a similar dirty trick that NEOM pulled in announcing licence agreements with the settled infringers where none will likely exist.
Lorsch is nothin' more than a patent trolling, litigious bully.
It can be hoped the companies that Lorsch is suing countersue and rip that patent trolling company from Lorsch's greedy hands.
