Likewise, I doubt JBII even knows how much its costs are during the production period. Gee, maybe that's why JBII isn't the first in history to give cost data 5 minutes after it happened. Not all of them are known let alone properly allocated and reviewed by an auditor.
Gallons produced is a simple number that doesn't require auditor review. They should know that number every day if not every hour. Cost per gallon? It's laughable to think that they can have a hard number in real time.
Got any examples of companies releasing cost data for a quarter less than halfway before that quarter is even over? Maybe some sort of rough guidance range at best. Perhaps the new management that was on the job all of 12 minutes will give more details in the next update than it did on this update, but I highly doubt they'll give the exact cost data you insist on when I doubt it's even known yet.
