The AS was only 30 million 2 years ago, when the stock traded from .008 to .03 (the top)

It was under 100 million shares when it collapsed to tipple pennies

It is now headed to 900 million and a raise in AS to probably 9 billion shares next. So when there is no bid left at .0001 they will wipe out old shareholders with 10,000:1 R/S
