DBS: Distributors usually start shipping out new SKU's the week or even next day they get the product in.

Space is usually not tied up for a month, gathering dust. Turn and burn. Get the new SKU's in and sell them.

Unfortunately, because your phone call cannot be proven 100%, I have to remove your post.

Repost with email screenshot 100% proof of this info and that would be great!

Also you speak of you and your wife...being a merchant? Please clarify........we dont need anonymous poster speculation but 100% facts when it comes to what Avanzar says. If it does take 60 to 90 days so be it....but we deserve to know 100% and no offense -- but we cant fully trust you, me nor anyone other then proof from MINE or Avanzar. As far as we know, the last PR said products will be sold soon....

$MINE keep the main thing the main thing. KEEP IT SIMPLE. no need to complicate everything.

Avanzar sales's CEO, HANDLES THE BROAD OF THEIR BUSINESS not an day to day operation. Confirmed by power brand'S CEO, "Darin Ezra, the CEO of Power Brands, stated, “We are happy to report that the first mass production of the products went off without a hitch, they are working their way through quality control and will be heading for market in California shortly.” Which means productions are off the assembly line and are completed for the first batch. And then off to quality control. That should take about a week. By the end of this week it should already take about a week for the completion of Q/C. LISTEN GUYS. I know this is a roller coaster ride especially you are investing your life savings, but think about this. Those pictures you saw on FB, the form 4 was filed by the company with the sec, the affiliation with POWER BRANDS, DO YOU THINK THIS IS REAL AND COULD BE THE LIFE CHANGING MOMENT IN YOUR LIFE? This is a rare opportunity to get in while its cheap. MAYBE BILL JUAREZ IS TIRED OF ANSWERING YOU QUESTIONS. HOW MANY PHONE CALLS DO YOU THINK HE GET FROM SHAREHOLDERS ABOUT THE PRODUCT? I would be so freaking ANNOYED .!!!NO NEED TO PUBLICLY ANNOUNCE YOUR STATEMENT WHEN YOU ARE NOT SURE OF ANYTHING. STAY CALM AND STAY TUNE!!!!

DBS....curious. When was the LAST time you spoke to Mr.Suarez? Why would Mr. Suarez divulge such information which is proprietary to one of it's customers? Why would he say there were 60-90 days left to tweak the product when we have pictures showing mass production of the product? Why would he place orders for the product only to have it sit in his warehouse for the 30 days or so you claim?

Would appreciate clarification. Thank you in advance.

It's going to take at least a month or so for distribution at store level once he has the products in house. This is predicated on how they will go to market of course.

I am not understanding the basis for this comment, and I have read other comments about inventory holding.

I will share my thoughts on all the numbers (of days) being thrown around and what they signify. What's important to understand about "distribution" by Avanzar to individual stores and the amount of inventory holding level required is PRODUCT LEAD TIME. Based on the Company's updates, the lead time for this first run looks close to 60 days. Also, given that products are just going to market, there is no working demand forecast so the inventory holding level (what we call buffer stock) can be thought of as the equivalent of this first run. This is necessary to ensure there is no "stock out" issues to deal with during the initial launch.

This first batch of RISE/BOOST to Avanzar is most likely sold and as you have opined will be distributed to stores, however, it will not take a month to do this type of distribution as a milk run method will mostly be used. It will (and it has to) be done in batches so to be able to put together a demand forecast on a weekly basis and so on. Simultaneously, the Company should be able to shorten the lead time for future production as sales roll in and they are able to determine what is called an EOQ as well as a more accurate levels of safety stock based on actual demand.

Because we are the very beginning of product distribution, inventory holding can be much bigger, i.e. 60 days worth, however, the 60 days should not be understood as products sitting in the warehouse waiting for sales to occur or a holding period set by Avanzar Sales LLC because it just makes no sense for any party to incur this type of inventory holding cost--it's wasteful at many levels.

Inventory holding costs should be eliminated/lowered as soon as possible, and this is something that will happen once some of the "learning" involved with handling production/distribution is finished.

Hope this makes sense.

Best to all,
