Hello Kenco, I'm not sure if you are aware but RFMK's twisted sister company VOIS filed a PREliminary Merger with a 1:2000 RS in a 14 c filing today!!!
Why is this important... for the last two months I've seen Huge Blocks getting dumped over at VOIS and Massive Dilution was clearly detected, as verified via today's filing, showing close to a Billion Share increase in VOIS Issued and Outstanding.. It's likely far higher now as VOIS traded 627 Million shares today!!
TODAY I saw two Big Blocks of RFMK get unloaded on the 4's with a 20M Block and an 18M Block (give or take) I've witnessed similar activities at VOIS that I am beginning to see with RFMK!!
RFMK and VOIS both increased AS totals to 5B or more this year!!
VOIS is unloading theirs like there's no tomorrow... prior to performing RS.. and also duly noted that I believe I read that 5B AS isn't going to change Post Split and Merger.. I still have more reading to do...
Long story shortened a bit....
I expect to see increasing Volume activity with RFMK.. they still have well over 2 Billion Shares to dump... and VOIS may still be left intact after VOIS shares are merged into a new Mind Solutions, Inc. Nevada Corporation... why would they leave VOIS intact???
To RM RFMK into VOIS just as they did with POS MTEK!!
Huge Dump Coming... RM Coming.. and eventual RS to cap it all off as well!!!
