I disagree.. a DTCC chill on this stock would first of all be verifiable with the DTCC and would be public information. Try to find any evidence that they have issued a DTCC chill here....you cant....you know why? Because they havent. Many here have checked long ago.
Secondly, If the DTCC issued a chill, it would not be optional for brokers to follow it. Your theory is that Scottrade is the one good broker out of all of brokers who is listening to the DTCC here. Doesnt make sense buddy.
