No, it wasn't. It is clear as day that is not audited, which is not a surprise at all.

This review is as worthless as the rest of the "accounts". This CPA Scrudato needs looking at too.

you read it again. you must not know very much about accounting. a "review" isn't an audit under any knowledgeable person's understanding.
