Any idea what is up with the GVPR/MAMG situation? I got something in the mail about an issuance of a div. on a new issue.

Also, if I purchase 1 share pre-split of TGWC, it appears as if I will get 100 shares due to the rounding-up into the 100 lot. Is this correct?
