Yes there are two sides to any story. I wonder when TMMI is going to tell their side? So far, the evidence submitted is basically:

Four self-serving sworn affidavits by ex-TMMI managers/shareholders. Three are from people TMMI was in the process of suing. One admits that he doesn't remember if the DFI/DFMI merger happened or not. One sworn affidavit by a current advisory board member that had a bad lapse in memory about signing addendums. One sworn affidavit by TMMI's lawyer who merely lays out questions in an effort to get a triable case. TMMI's side has about 75 pages.

Panik's/Dimension's side has paper trails, signed contracts, previous court rulings and sworn affidavits. Panik's side has about 375 pages.

Yes, I would buy all I could of TMMI stock before it hits $400.00/share now!!!!!!! The launch date may be this Monday. If not, then for sure the following Monday. Then again?????

Zenus, if TMMI is going to talk in court, shouldn't they have submitted evidence to support their case? If this gets tossed, TMMI would lose VDK2.0 and may very well lose a lot more. This wouldn't be a good result for you, me, or any TMMI shareholder.

As far as submitting evidence during the hearing, I'm not sure that's the opportune time to do so. On the two cases I've personally been involved with, the California judges would not let the lawyers move past the submitted evidence during motions to dismiss/requests for summary judgment. I don't know if Nevada court behavior is the same but suspect that it wouldn't be that far removed.
