Yes there are two sides to any story. I wonder when TMMI is going to tell their side? So far, the evidence submitted is basically:
Four self-serving sworn affidavits by ex-TMMI managers/shareholders. Three are from people TMMI was in the process of suing. One admits that he doesn't remember if the DFI/DFMI merger happened or not. One sworn affidavit by a current advisory board member that had a bad lapse in memory about signing addendums. One sworn affidavit by TMMI's lawyer who merely lays out questions in an effort to get a triable case. TMMI's side has about 75 pages.
Panik's/Dimension's side has paper trails, signed contracts, previous court rulings and sworn affidavits. Panik's side has about 375 pages.
