I understand that the federal government has absolutely no constitutional authority or business telling me how much I MUST PAY MY EMPLOYEES! That is entirely up to me and the employee. I should be able to offer the job for what I can pay, and he should be free to either accept or decline my offer.
Minimum wage by federal mandate is nothing more than income redistribution.
