Once you can follow what the technology does, getting phosphate into or out of a water column is a no brainer.

You isolate the algae prior to adding the phosphate. Never add phosphate directly to the body of water.


A lot like skywriting, I envision the opportunity to paint clear patches of ocean with minor color variations. Even dramatic contrasts of reds, greens, golds, and blues.
