To answer in detail:

ICQ is closed down and I do not run Messenger.

I usualy have 2 0r 3 windows open, but it does not make any difference, even, if only one is open the same thing is happening. I mostly use Netscape, because it is faster, but Explorer is the same. Until now, it was operating perfectly. I uninstalled and reinstalled Java and even run the descrambling.

I have 256MB SDRAM

I have Pentium 4. 1.6 GHz, Windows XP

Finaly the annotation problem became so bad the Windows XP program had to be reinstalled and it solved everything. Thanks for your helpful consideration. Nick
