Verity Corp has been busy with a number of initiatives in their business development and will issue press releases when appropriate.

The company has also been active in presenting the Verity story to media and potential investors. We have been very encouraged on the level of interest expressed in the Verity approach to sustainable agriculture. It has become apparent that the GMO-labeling controversy has generated more interest in Verity's business plan.

The 10-Q is expected to be filed on or before August 15.
