Suspect? I think not. It was clear that yesterday someone invested significantly in VRTY shares, most likely someone who wanted in in a big way. Just do the math. Some investor or investors shelled out some serious cash for a micro-cap, and the buying ended with 110,000+ shares of volume, i.e. well over $50,000+ into the stock, based on time and sales figures.
The sells this am was not nearly as significant, i.e. less than $2,000 in total $$$ volume, and one would expect to see some take some profits.
