For the 500th time the EPA does NOT do the testing,they would have no idea who is testing what or what has passed unless paperwork from the testing Company was filed. It passed 3rd party testing but wasn't filed with the EPA with the HOSS being shelved at least for now is what I'm gathering from all of this.
The PROOF I have is in the shareholder letter that it passed all tests for EPA approval. If you think that statement was fraud only to manipulate the pps of this stock then prove it.
Before statements are posted for all to read that the CEO of this company is making fraudulent statements ONLY to manipulate stock prices I think contacting him would be the FIRST thing to do. In other words,I would tread lightly.
