Speaking of fraudulent statements,
and just using your own words for discussion purposes, it seems to me that I heard great things about the HOSS and shareholders seeing $500 a copy on earnings and sales all over China and globally for that matter. Dong Feng was developing the unit with of course great interest loudly shouted from PPS high to PPS high. Units arriving, 23 per container if I recall correctly, and testing was a certainty, or again something like that. I'm not suggesting that all that BS came from the company. However, I did notice certain disdain lavished on any whom may have questioned the validity of this information.

Okay, let's just not write War and Peace here on the HOSS. Not that we couldn't make a good start, but there is no point except to suggest that this was an expensive HTI lark at the expense of shareholders, management writing checks their bodies couldn't cash. Ya think! Did anyone ever really do a market study, someone with an inkling of marketing savvy? Obviously many shareholders didn't! LOL

The Wildcat rang a bell in any investors heart whom once or still believed that they were "Born to be Wild". It was for each of those investors For Whom the Bell Tolls. Nothing but a nice Wildcat hat to show for that one! No trucks running all over the U.S.A.(YUP YUP YUUUUUP!!!). No fishing fleets lauding praise on HTI and the loyal and wise shareholders. No fleets of trucks, boats, school buses, private vehicles, locomotives, Army vehicles and tanks, no nothing. On top of that, no fundamentals supporting any part of the PPS, evidently anything above the March of 2010 SSEV price of 0.0023s on a whim and a prayer. Obviously this was somewhat widely understood as there was much "LAUGHABLE PROFIT TAKING" by the laughing profit takers. I didn't find it laughable, just took my profits and tried to discuss why I did so in lieu of becoming a longing long BAGHOLDER whom didn't have the sense to trade in the two penny range. YUP YUP YUP, no progress for shareholders while the share structure was literally sold off lock, stock, and barrel. The high road to glory wrought with lousy "DD" supported by "BS" and now we are down to the barrel ride. Hang on Chad! We're with ya man! I got my camera! Hold on..............

HTI Shareholders,
This is a statement that serves as an update on our progress. We commenced third party verification testing to day, 18 July 2013. This technology verification has been developing over the last several months. The full testing will take approximately 45–60 days. The company plans to disclose the results regardless the outcome. The company will not reveal what parties are conducting the test or for what purpose outside the verification of the Hy-Impact series of products.

TREAD LIGHTLY ON COATES FOR MAKING STATEMENTS THAT ARE FALSE OR MISLEADING???? Not a chance. As a shareholder I have the right to DEMAND that my CEO provide nothing but the truth! It is his fiduciary duty to me! If he wishes to challenge that in court then I openly invite him to do so.
