But, if you are inquiring about how Quasar Aerospace keeps the doors open and the lights on. I've got an answer for you.

The only way that Donnell Vigil, the President of Quasar can pay the bills and keep a paycheck coming in is by constant dillution and selling of shares. That's the only way that Quasar can function.

And by that simple fact. We all should know that buying shares of QASP is not a good idea. They constantly decline in value and that's never a good thing for the common shareholder.

Sure I will explain though a little as it was explained to me when I actually asked. The work in "phases" if you will, each student will PAY UPFRONT for each said "phase". If they do not show up then oh well Q has been paid. If one completes a "phases" and then does not return then they are not "ACTIVE". And the "a la carte" way of the past is now for those pilots that are continuing their education. And how many ACTIVE pilots are there doing continual education at said schools? ALL!
