BMY wants the drug to market within a month and they have a CC next Wed. on the new drug I think. I expect them to try to settle very soon. IMO, RGEN should get something out of the deal one way or another. How much they get will determine how high RGEN can go. I do think the lack of a statement from either BMY or RGEN means they are more than likely in talks right now... we shall see!
