The MSJ fraud tried to unilaterally terminate the JV Option Agmt with BGL ... but the Mexican Courts awarded BGL a LIEN to protect BGL's legal interests.

u must not know Jack about running a business. Look at CHK and all the deals we make TRUST me a company cant just back out of a signed JV especially if both sides dont agree to terminate the JV.
