For most of these companies, the price is largely irrelevant, since they get the stock for very little or absolutely nothing. What is important is finding volume to dump into - the pump - and not getting caught. Which is so much easier for a dark, non-SEC reporting company.
Only 1 reason a company that is a going concern would terminate their SEC registration. And that reason is certainly not because they are legitimate. Fraudulent and illegal activities are coming and they want to hide them from the prying eyes of the SEC.
It sounds like perhaps they tried to skirt the edge of legitimacy before and now decided to go all in. The termination is just the beginning.
