I think that dump the stock took which cost it 75% of its value in a day or so was more about investors bailing out than it was insiders dumping. Legitimate investors want nothing to do with a non-SEC reporting company and sold as fast as they could.
They know what a non-reporting Pink Sheet POS means to their investment, so took what they could get. If there is pumping and dumping to be done, it will come after they go dark and are out of the direct view of the SEC.
