I mainly scalp intraday in both directions starting in pre-market.

And I like NUGT over DUST because recently the volume has been higher
than DUST, which makes it easier to trade. Even if you offset the
price difference, NUGT's volume was twice DUST volume on Friday.

Also, the ask/bid spread is tighter which allows me to quickly
trade at market price.

So it's just a slight preference, but one can achieve similar results with DUST.
