I would believe Joe was collecting his debt

mergers ? are they getting shares/company selling shares for merger ???

Prs are used for promo's in the pinks, it really depends if the PR is factual substantial and verifiable - then its real - LOi's MOU's and IOU's funding dreams and talks of mergers are fluff


so what is needed is a solid PR of value not a fluffy one -

I am still surprise that all this volume did not crash it to the cellar - its the bid support that is very odd imo
