Honestly I believe it is a little of everything. I believe Joe may be getting his out, the company and the mergers are in play and then good ol retail guy. I know of a handful that all got a grip over the last few weeks.
So am I take it that if a PR does finally come out as ALL have wanted, that now it will be just for a promo? so again why bother with PR's all together?
