This is messed up, so basically I buy gift certificates and the people i give them to can't even activate there accounts, this is really starting to piss me off, I want my money back.

stocking, what seems wrong about this? Seems you were e mailing Circuit City with a complaint after trying to go in through what home page? If you were wanting to register through Circuit City address should have been www.circuitcity.com/gameznflix. If you were on a home page that had the Circuit City logo on it they would receive their bounty.
