Nothing more than a share selling scheme just like every other OTC SCAM. It's simple... they just:
Company will:
1. Create a website. (Fancier the better!) 2. PR about good things "TO COME" 3. Never deliver on those things. 4. Move the carrot forward again. 5. Dilute and profit the whole time While investors:
1. Believe the hype (ever with prior warnings) 2. Buy shares in "hopes" of big things. 3. Get dumped on ONCE AGAIN 4. Never learn a thing.
