Did the last PR do anything? NO!

Because nobody believes the SCAM anymore. Everyone knows they got busted lying about their (stolen x.264) software the last time and everyone is aware that the next PR will be full of juicy BS goodness as well.

Nothing more than a share selling scheme just like every other OTC SCAM. It's simple... they just:

Company will:

1. Create a website. (Fancier the better!)
2. PR about good things "TO COME"
3. Never deliver on those things.
4. Move the carrot forward again.
5. Dilute and profit the whole time

While investors:

1. Believe the hype (ever with prior warnings)
2. Buy shares in "hopes" of big things.
3. Get dumped on ONCE AGAIN
4. Never learn a thing.
