FINRA, SEC and IRS (and probably BW's old buddy the Department of Revenue in NC) will all be notified in due time. I've already stated a 10/15/2014 deadline before I tip off the IRS.
As for pursuing the 70%, I'd put the odds of me doing something at about 5 to 1. If more shareholders want to get on board, the odds will be greater.
