If your serious and have the ear of someone like this I'd leave nothing to chance. Send in as many screen shots as you can documenting the claims by those claiming to be in the "know"

Specifics are just as important as the screen shots themselves. I think your lawyer would like to see proof of Brian's minions haunting this board with "material information" intended to convince folks to purchase BBDA
