I dont read it that way actually.. I see it as, it will terminate on the 15th if 30 days is given. The "Thereafter" to me means, "Thereafter this Pilot, we go to the National Roll out" . Its saying, "after" this pilot is successful, and NOT cancelled, "There after we shall roll out............"



and terminate on or about January 15, 2006. Thereafter, unless 30 days notice is given to the contrary......."

I think the point is ---After the 15th of January, if we have not recieved a PR, then we as investors should be watching CC closely (without harassing them) for any signs of continued roll-out. After this date, I do not think they would increase the roll-out in any way if it is not a go. For me as an investor, that is my "Gameplan".

Gold-leader may have came in handy here if he could control himself. But I will be doing my own DD anyway.
