I dont read it that way actually.. I see it as, it will terminate on the 15th if 30 days is given. The "Thereafter" to me means, "Thereafter this Pilot, we go to the National Roll out" . Its saying, "after" this pilot is successful, and NOT cancelled, "There after we shall roll out............"
