...there will be plenty of money left for us because WE agreed to the settlement amount.................a very rare position but smart.......................in other words, if we were not getting AT LEAST "HARVEY".................then we do not drop the APPEAL................and we dropped the APPEAL.............in exchange for the SETTLEMENT proceeds..............nice...........
