There are no more hearings scheduled; I confirmed this with the BK court clerk a few weeks ago. The case is done.

A waiting game now. Creditors have to get claims in by 7/23. Maybe some of the bigger creditors forgot (JP Morgan and Wells) and have moved on.

Obviously the $200MM question is: will there be any money for us class 8s?
