It was one of those mailings from some lawfirm that you see all the time.
"Did you invest in AMRN?" Kind of thing. I heard some folks were getting them. I didn't feel like participating since I didn't lose any money so I don't have any hard feelings.
But I would understand how people that got scammed and bought during the big hype/selling period. Some are in with a cost basis over $12/share!
With the new direction that opinions seem to be taking on the subject of deadly fish oil I wouldn't be surprised to see this one go all the way to zero.
