Question(s) for the group then:
If RVPL is relegated to the gray sheets and never returns, does that have any direct impact on the dealings or viability of the company itself? In other words, can Peterson and Co. continue to advance the business dealings that were outlined in the SEC filings (Haiti, LINGS, IVTI, etc.) or are there direct consequences to those contracts? I ask this because those contracts were signed by RVPL the publicly traded company. If RVPL stock goes to the gray sheets for good, then can RVPL still continue its business dealings under the current contracts?
And I am not suggesting at this point that RVPL stock will ever come back. Just curious what the future may look like.
