Intel is going to produce 14nm parts at the end of this year. There is no way TSMC and or Global Foundries will have 14nm parts then.

That means Intel has working 14nm product(s) now at various stages of debug/qualification. The Foundries haven't even shown equivalent 20nm silicon.

Intel is most likely "producing" them today, by the same definition that the foundries take - which includes validation prototypes - but I doubt that we'll see Broadwell launch this year. Haswell launched in June, so at the earliest I would expect Broadwell in early Q2 of 2014. Intel may build out inventories initially to ramp the process node - so watch out for a drop in GMs that usually happens around the time of a new process ramp.
