Intel is going to produce 14nm parts at the end of this year.


Intel is most likely "producing" them today, by the same definition that the foundries take - which includes validation prototypes - but I doubt that we'll see Broadwell launch this year. Haswell launched in June, so at the earliest I would expect Broadwell in early Q2 of 2014. Intel may build out inventories initially to ramp the process node - so watch out for a drop in GMs that usually happens around the time of a new process ramp.
