An accounting of all shares should be done by now.
A letter stating N has T/A services and its ready to roll.

R/S the snot out if it.
Then do a forensic audit on the phony debt it carries.
Then we have a killer funding arm for a potential story.
Maybe turn N into an aircraft leasing company to provide new planes to flight schools.
