Why? do you think N being suspended will protect It from a R/S? What do you think Joe has been doing all this time since he took it over? Again it's what Joe does, creates clean shells and brings in a story.
I don't think N will be suspended for long.
An accounting of all shares should be done by now. A letter stating N has T/A services and its ready to roll.
R/S the snot out if it. Then do a forensic audit on the phony debt it carries. Then we have a killer funding arm for a potential story. Maybe turn N into an aircraft leasing company to provide new planes to flight schools.
