That may be. However, I would be surprised if the investors / traders bidding up the shares keep track of things like that.

There are no massive call purchases today, so it can't be somebody with inside info :-) (like it happened with ONXX call purchases last month)

Maybe it is some fund buying shares before the eventual Copaxone approval.
