That may be. However, I would be surprised if the investors / traders bidding up the shares keep track of things like that.
There are no massive call purchases today, so it can't be somebody with inside info
(like it happened with ONXX call purchases last month)
Maybe it is some fund buying shares before the eventual Copaxone approval.
