Who said ALL preferred's were going to be converted

Do you really think they aren't going to be converted? If it's supposed to take hundreds of years to convert them all, what good are they?

It is basic stock valuations, also known as a fully diluted market cap. Because CDFT have a set conversion amount of 100k commons per one preferred (regardless of time and amount restrictions for conversion) then they are represented in the market cap at full value of conversion. This is the way the big board stocks do it. This also makes CDFT a company that falsely increased is market value into the billions at this PPS.

With the inevitable massive dilution in the future, who would buy or underwrite CDFT with that kind of share structure and conversion amount?
