They are dividend paying. Only the first round can we convert intended for distribution. That's it. Cdft can put restrictions on preventing further conversion. They said when the time comes to issue more capital for acquisitions they will call on the preferred holders for another conversion. This first round is a gift or as cdft calls it "a lottery ticket" for holders of record that participated to make this uplist possible

Lots, specially if you have a family. Ill convert 100,000 every 6 months if so be allowed... Thats a nice chunk of change at 2.50 a pop, if this is the going price, IMO...
