Take it for what it's worth but I've called a ton of companies in my profession and what one person will say they can't say another will say and add more than you want to hear. All depends on the individual sometimes and the manner in which the questioner is asking the questions.
True, false, based on bad info, computer error, or ignorance of policy - I don't know. I know what I was told and for me that's good enough, I will wait and see if official notification comes tomorrow because that's what's going to make the difference in my opinion.
