I called the DTCC. They will not give out any info over the phone to anyone outside the company. They told me to call my broker to verify if the stock can be bought. Who did you speak to at the DTCC that confirmed no chill?
Trust me, I want the chill lifted just as much as everyone else, however, I don't want expectations raised and just get crushed when it doesn't happen.
