ONEBGG, Congrats on all of your accomplishments. I only can relate to quitting smoking seven months ago and that was a bear for me (and still is some days) so I can only imagine how difficult the other things were.
ONEBGG- I just moved on… adjusted and kept my mouth shut… I think that’s discipline More stoicism than discipline in my opinion. I have had many of the same struggles you have, and only when I learned how to share my feelings and ask for help, was I able to get better. Before that, they just kept rearing their ugly head each time with a different face on. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments ONEBGG..you must be very proud, I am so happy for you!
ONEBGG - As I have always said, keep it up! You'll get where you want to be someday, and when you do you can tell all the doubters and naysayers to kiss your BIG FAT ... er I mean smaller, newly skinny ARSE!!!
