ONEBGG- I just moved on… adjusted and kept my mouth shut… I think that’s discipline
More stoicism than discipline in my opinion. I have had many of the same struggles you have, and only when I learned how to share my feelings and ask for help, was I able to get better. Before that, they just kept rearing their ugly head each time with a different face on.
Congratulations on all of your accomplishments ONEBGG..you must be very proud, I am so happy for you!
